As the first point of contact at the front desk, youll be the welcoming face and voice of our department, providing exceptional customer service while helping keep daily operations running smoothly.
In this role, youll greet and assist patients, answer phones, schedule appointments, complete registrations and authorizations, process billing, maintain medical records, order supplies, manage timekeeping, and perform a variety of additional clerical duties to support the department and care team.
Excellent customer service is a must, along with strong communication, organization, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced healthcare environment. Experience working with Epic is a plus.
