The Passion for the Promise Award is the highest honor at Lee Health. It celebrates team members who model our ExceptionalLee Promise every day by creating exceptional experiences for our patients, families and for each other; employees consistently demonstrating and fostering teamwork, and focusing on continuous improvement.
Awards have five categories: Non-clinical employee, clinical employee, leader, provider and volunteer.
