Lee Health has a physician friendly culture: What does that mean?

  • We have a physician relations department that helps get physicians rooted in the community and acclimated with other providers – For specialists, they take around and introduce to primary and they have dinners to introduce providers to each other
  • We use a dyad model: there will always be a physician dyad partner and an administrative dyad partner to support our physicians using this model
  • Lee Health System’s triad model: where there is a chief nursing office, chief medical officer and chief administrative officer that are all on the same level and work together through a partnership.

The hospital leadership and Lee Physician Group work together to support our physicians, but LPG focuses on outpatient practice management. The hospitals employ our experts working on the inpatient side.
