Employee Referral Program
Lee Health employees who refer qualified candidates for posted positions may be eligible for a bonus if the candidate is hired (and remains successfully employed during the payout period).
To complete the employee referral process, you will need to have the email address of the person you are referring. See instructions below for making a referral.
Refer a Friend, Earn a Bonus
Employees can earn referral bonuses in four categories:
$2,500 For Critical Needs Positions
- Advanced Providers (Nurse Practitioner and Physician Assistants)
- Cardiovascular Sonographers & Technologists
- Information Systems (EMR/ERP/Infrastructure Engineers)
- Medical Technologist
- Occupational Therapists
- Physical Therapist
- Psychologist
- Radiology (licensed roles, Inpatient/Outpatient)
- Registered Nurse (Experienced acute care, post-acute and ambulatory)
- Respiratory Therapist
- RN Case Manager (Experienced acute, post-acute and Home Health)
- Speech Language Pathologists
- Surgical Technologist II, III
$1,000 for select Hard to Fill Jobs
- Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA)
- Child Care Teacher
- Clinical Dietitian
- Coder (Coder II and above)
- Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
- Medical Assistant
- Nursing Professional Development Specialist
- Pharmacist
$750 Referral Bonus Level
- Contact Center Representative/Patient Access Specialist
- Customer Service Representative
- Instrument Technician
$5,000 for Physician Referrals
Making a Referral
Want to refer a job posting to a friend or family member? Follow the instructions below:
- Login to your Lee Health Employee Space
- Click on the Opportunities Icon (pictured below)
- Search for desired job posting
- Click on the Employee Referral button
- You will be required to enter the email address of the person to who you are sending the referral
Your friend or family member can also add your name on their application by selecting Employee Referral as their source and then enter your name.
Guidelines for Referrals
Referral bonus amounts are subject to change at Lee Health's discretion, and are dependent on recruitment efforts and economic conditions.
Referral bonus amounts are paid based on the list of eligible positions and amounts at the time the candidate accepts the job offer.
