Our online application & pre-screening process includes the following steps:
Step 1: Search for a job and review job description (five to 10 minutes)
Step 2: Complete online application (10 to 15 minutes)
Step 3: Respond to online pre-screening questions (up to five minutes)
Once you complete our online application process, your application and/or resume will be entered immediately into our applicant database. All applications will be pre-screened based on minimum qualifications and experience. Preference may be given to individuals who exceed the minimum job requirements.
The best-qualified candidates are selected for an interview based upon stated qualifications, experience, and background. If selected for an interview, you will be contacted by a member of our recruiting staff.

Lee Health has developed an efficient yet comprehensive approach to meeting the educational needs of our nurses. We have unit-based Clinical Nurse Educators and Clinical Nurse Specialists. We partner with other departments to offer contact hour programs, American Heart Association certification, and nursing specialty certification reviews. We often present at national conferences, and it's always free for our employees to attend these programs.
We also provide the crucial first step in the education journey here at Lee Health with the hospital nursing orientation program that every new nurse attends. During this first step, an assessment is used to develop an individual orientation program.
