What You'll Do

  • Proactively source, engage, and build diverse talent pipelines for critical and hard-to-fill positions across a large, complex health system
  • Leverage sourcing tools and strategies including CRM platforms, social media, networking, referrals, market research, recruitment marketing, e-blasts, events, and direct outreach to attract active and passive candidates
  • Partner closely with recruiters, HR leadership, business partners, and hiring managers to develop targeted sourcing strategies aligned with workforce needs and hiring priorities
  • Build and maintain talent communities to support current and future hiring demands across multiple service lines and locations
  • Support virtual and in-person hiring events, sourcing campaigns, and recruitment initiatives to enhance candidate engagement and hiring success
  • Assess candidate qualifications and organizational fit while delivering a positive and engaging candidate experience
  • Contribute to best practices in sourcing, talent engagement, and pipeline development to strengthen hiring outcomes

What You Bring

  • Experience sourcing talent in a large, fast-paced organization (healthcare recruitment experience preferred)
  • Expertise in proactive sourcing, passive candidate engagement, and talent pipeline development
  • Experience utilizing CRM systems, sourcing tools, recruitment marketing, and social media strategies
  • Strong communication, relationship-building, and collaboration skills
  • Ability to think strategically, work independently, and manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment

Requirements

Education:Bachelor's degree required.

Experience:Minimum three years' recruitment, talent acquisition/candidate sourcing and/or HR generalist related experience; previous healthcare experience preferred.

  • Excellent understanding of full cycle recruitment processes.
  • In-depth knowledge of candidate selection methods.
