Summary

The Program Manager Data & Finance is a key operational leader within Lee Health Foundation, responsible for the integrity, accuracy, and strategic use of the Foundations financial and fundraising data. This position manages the Foundations two core technology platforms Blackbaud Raisers Edge NXT and Blackbaud Financial Edge NXT and ensures the seamless flow and reconciliation of financial data between them.

In addition to data and systems leadership, this role is responsible for developing, maintaining, and continuously improving Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for all database, reporting, and financial workflows. The Program Manager drafts new SOPs, updates existing ones, and prepares all documentation for review and approval by the Director of Foundation Operations to ensure accuracy, consistency, and alignment with organizational standards.

This role reports to the Director of Foundation Operations and may supervise other staff members.

Requirements

Education: Bachelors degree in accounting, Finance, Business Administration or related field required. 5 years of relevant experience may be considered in lieu of degree.

Experience: Minimum three years of experience in finance, accounting, or data management role required. Experience with Customer Relationship Management software or comparable CRM such as Blackbaud Raiser's Edge NXT or Financial Edge NXT accounting platform required. Experience leading or participating in a CRM system migration or re- implementation preferred.

Other: Working knowledge of nonprofit fund accounting principles, including restricted and unrestricted fund management. Demonstrated ability to manage complex data systems and maintain integrity across integrated platforms. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines. Excellent communication skills, including the ability to translate complex financial data into clear, actionable information for non-finance audience. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with advanced Excel skills preferred.
