If you are a previous employee thinking of returning, you are not alone. Many of our “new” employees are alumni who chose to return to Lee Health’s System. In addition, you may be eligible for special reinstatement options (our “bridging” policy). If you are a candidate returning within 12 months of departure, our “bridging” policy credits your prior service at Lee Health and shortens the waiting time for benefits eligibility.
