Minimum to Midpoint Pay Rate:$56.40 - $76.14 / hour
Unify and coordinate all pharmacy education, pharmacy residency, pharmacist student training, pharmacy preceptor development, ACPE programming, and competency programs across the system.
Education:PharmD or BS Pharmacy degree with equivalent and acceptable experience from a College of Pharmacy Accredited by the American Association of Colleges of Pharmacy.
Experience:Experience as a staff pharmacist plus supervisory and/or clinical experience (to be evaluated on individual basis). Prefer 3 years as R.Ph. in a progressive hospital environment or completion of accredited pharmacy residency program. Completion of management, leadership, or supervisor training.
Certification:BLS (American Heart Association/Basic Life Support) required (must be obtained within first 90 days of hire).
License:State of Florida Department of Health - Registered Pharmacist License.
Other:Demonstrated leadership skills and ability to mentor, develop and motivate pharmacy team members to achieve optimal performance and execution of short and long-term goals. Ability to secure respect and trust from staff. Demonstrates excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work both individually and in a team environment utilizing effective problem solving and analytical skills
