Minimum to Midpoint Pay Rate:$20.50 - $24.09 / hour
The Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in the Outpatient Infusion Center plays a vital role in supporting both patients and clinical staff to ensure a safe, comfortable, and efficient treatment experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Escort patients to treatment chairs and assist with rooming procedures
Obtain and document height, weight, and vital signs
Provide comfort measures including blankets, pillows, beverages (coffee/water), and snacks
Assist patients with ambulation and restroom needs as appropriate
Support nursing staff with patient care tasks and workflow efficiency
Clean and disinfect treatment chairs, infusion pumps, and vital sign equipment between patients
Maintain a clean, organized clinical environment
Order and stock clinical and unit supplies
Distribute patient lunches as needed
In addition, CNAs are required to perform laboratory draws. The infusion center provides phlebotomy training for this responsibility; prior experience is not required.
This role requires strong customer service skills, attention to detail, infection control awareness, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced outpatient setting.
