What Youll Do
😊 Welcome and check in patients with professionalism and empathy
📋 Verify demographics, insurance coverage, and obtain required authorizations
💳 Collect co-pays and outstanding balances accurately
💻 Maintain precise documentation within the EMR system
🤝 Partner with clinical and billing teams to ensure seamless patient flow
📞 Clearly explain registration and financial processes to patients
🎯 What Were Looking For
High school diploma or GED required
Healthcare registration, medical office, or customer service experience preferred
Insurance verification and revenue cycle knowledge strongly preferred
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to work in a specialty oncology environment
