At Lee Health, every role plays a part in protecting patient lives; including yours. As a Cardiac Monitor Technician, you are a vital set of eyes on our patients, providing continuous ECG monitoring and serving as an early line of defense when heart rhythms change.

In this role, youll combine technical skill with focused attention, recognizing and reporting cardiac rhythm changes in real time and ensuring precise documentation that supports rapid clinical response. Your vigilance directly supports patient safety, strengthens care teams, and helps us deliver the high standard of care our community depends on.

Requirements

Education:High School diploma or equivalent.

Experience:Previous experience working in a hospital or previous experience with EKG interpretation, preferred.

Certification:Completion of basic arrhythmia course. AHA BLS (Basic Life Support) certification preferred.

License:N/A

Other:Excellent interpersonal skills.
