Minimum to Midpoint Pay Rate:$31.84 - $41.39 / hour
Responsible for coordination of client clinical care services as an active member of the interdisciplinary team. Provides assessment, treatment, group and individual therapy, support services, and discharge planning. Develops, in conjunction with clinical team, an individualized treatment plan to address modalities and interventions needed by the client and significant others to support recovery. Facilitates group psychotherapies, which enhances the clients coping abilities that are essential to the active treatment of the clients primary condition as indicated on the treatment plan in the form of specific goals and objections. Supports the therapeutic milieu and demonstrates ability to assess and interpret age/disability information related to client populations served, including the chronically mentally ill, geriatric, chemically dependent, and children & adolescents.
Will perform other roles and functions within the scope of practice as assigned. Provide clinical supervision of staff with direct client contact. Collaborates with Director to monitor and evaluate quality and appropriateness of clinical services.
Carries out Quality Assurance activities and is designated as Agency Quality Assurance Manager. Assures that care delivered, and documentation meets the standards required by external regulatory bodies, accrediting organizations and LH/BHC Policies and Procedures. Assists with clinical training, direction, coordination and evaluation of clinical staff.
Education: Masters degree in counseling, social work, mental health counseling or a related field, along with a state-issued license.
Experience: Must have at least three (3) years of experience with one of the mental health populations served.
Certification: N/A
License: Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Licensed Mental Health Counselor, or Licensed Marital Family Therapist.
Other: Practice sites may include outpatient therapy offices, in home therapy, integrated care models and primary care integration. Must be able to maintain and demonstrate a broad knowledge of therapy skills and assets necessary to accomplish the company objectives. Must have knowledge about needs of and sensitive to diverse groupings of patients and consumers of services as well as maintain knowledge of age/disability competency to the program areas served. Must possess good diagnostic and therapy skills. Must be able to work tactfully and cooperatively with staff. Must be literate in computer use.
