Summary

The Healthy Life Center Manager is a wellness leader responsible for the day-to-day operations, programming, and team leadership of the Healthy Life Center. This role ensures the delivery of high-quality, evidence-based wellness servicesincluding wellness programs, mind-body classes, massage therapy, and acupuncturewhile optimizing utilization, experience, and community impact. The Manager serves as both an operational leader and community liaison, aligning services with organizational wellness priorities and population health needs.

Requirements

Education: Bachelors degree in health Promotion, Health Sciences, Exercise Science, Nutrition, Public Health, Human Resources, Communications, or related field required.

Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in wellness programming, employee engagement, or related coordination roles. Experience working in healthcare, corporate wellness, or large multi-site organizations is a plus.

Certification: N/A

License: N/A

Other: Strong event planning and program coordination skills. Experience with EPIC. Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities. Proficient in digital platforms (wellness apps, internal communication tools, Microsoft Office). Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills. Creative thinker with a passion for employee wellness and engagement. Ability to collaborate with internal stakeholders and external community partners.
