We're hiring RNs from around the country to interview and relocate at our expense! Lee Health hiring managers will be interviewing those who register and attend this event. This is a fantastic opportunity for Registered Nurses (RNs) to connect with Lee Health’s dedicated recruitment team and hiring Nurse Managers in person.

Simply register for this event and you'll be contacted by our Recruitment Team for a specific time to meet with Hiring Leaders and to arrange travel and accommodations.

Event Agenda:
• Arrival: ideally on Thursday, September 11th
• Mixer: Thursday evening at hotel you'll be staying
• Meet & Greet event with Hiring Managers: Friday, September 12, 2025, from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. (or by appointment)

At the Meet & Greet event, you’ll have the opportunity to:
• Speak directly with a Lee Health Nursing Manager and Nurse Recruiters who will provide insight into career opportunities within the Nursing specialties.
• Ask questions about the housing/relocation incentives, application process, benefits, and what it’s like to work with Lee Health in the Fort Myers/Cape Coral area.
• Learn about the culture and values of Lee Health, and how you can be a part of their compassionate, patient-focused team.
