Minimum to Midpoint Pay Rate:$18.64 - $23.30 / hour
This position is responsible for coordinating activities related to contracted vendor services for Ambulatory Facilities Management. Position is responsible for supporting all aspects of vendor relations including, but not limited to, new vendor recruitment/set-up/training; on site review / quality check of services performed; issuing work orders to vendors for non-routine service requests; handling problems, complaints, or issues related to services provided. Works with Contract Analyst to ensure contracts are properly executed and maintained. Requests and reviews service bids for new locations and recommends placement to management. Position functions as the central point of contact for contracted vendors including housekeeping, landscaping, security alarms and others.
Coordinates, designs and builds Requests for Proposals (RFPs) for contracts and service agreements. Responsible for tracking same for expirations and re-bids as necessary to assure contracts/agreements are in sync with the System goals.
Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
Experience: Minimum of 3 years of CAM/Property management or contracted vendor experience.

License: None required.
Other: Strong computer and analytical skills, excellent communication skills both written and oral.
