The Telecommunications Supervisor is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the Lee Health switchboards. This position includes ensuring proper telephone coverage for all locations, 24 hours a day, interviewing and hiring of all department employees, organizing department orientation and training, completing 90 day and annual job evaluations, troubleshooting basic telephone issues before referring to IS Department, maintaining department manual, plus other duties and responsibilities as assigned or needed. The supervisor is responsible for developing and maintaining ongoing communication with all departments within Lee Health to ensure exceptional customer service, patient experience and employee satisfaction.
