Responsible for maintaining purchasing information within the organizations core Materials Management Information system (MMIS, Infor/Lawson). Purchasing information includes, but is not limited to, contracted product information (Manufacturer, manufacturer part number, item description(s), packaging string, etc.), vendor agreements and contract pricing, and EDI account information and set up. Additionally, this position is responsible for solely maintaining the ERP item master, departmental ordering templates, and departmental Par Locations. This role will act as primary liaison among coordinators of other interfaced systems. The Supply Chain Analyst will perform data analysis, comparing data, and downloading changes needed to the item master and contract module. This position partners with departmental leadership to understand and analyze supply chain information to help make data driven decisions. The Supply Chain Analyst supports all Supply Chain Systems. The Supply Chain Analyst works with department leaders to maintain and monitor all activities of the item master and contract module to resolve any issues. The goal of this position is to provide high quality, efficient support of Supply Chain analytics, Infor Cloud Suite ERP, GPO and local contracting activities, and EDI processes. To be successful, the person in this position needs to have a thorough understanding of supply chain operations, healthcare operations, analytical tools and methods, reporting systems, functional expertise in enterprise level ERP applications, knowledge of GPO contracting, EDI functionality and support, proven mentoring ability, a commitment to high quality customer service, and the ability to prioritize. This position involves working together with analysts in creating reports designed to exploit poor utilization of supplies in the healthcare setting, and as such, requires knowledge of procedural and diagnosis coding and standard nomenclature. Responsible for the full integration and management of aspects of the Supply Chain ERP Item and vendor master records. Works in coordination with Enterprise Business Solutions to enhance system processes and collaborates closely with other members of the Informatics team. Responsible for documentation, testing and end user education on process changes or enhancements with regards to ERP Supply Chain master data records as well as updating any other online training. The Supply Chain Analyst creates reports for end users, performs data audits to ensure accuracy of data and performs mass updates to the system as related to master data projects.

Experience and knowledge of Supply Chain practices and procedures required.
Working knowledge of Infor/Lawson Materials Management product suite including but not limited to set up, maintenance, reporting features Familiarity with other related systems including EDI and Epic
Proven ability to manage complex projects through all phases of development and implementation; working independently to drive productivity and resolve issues.
Ability to reason and think logically, analyze problems and develop technical solutions while responding to changing demands, priorities, procedures and technology.
