Minimum to Midpoint Pay Rate:$22.73 - $28.41 / hour

Summary

Provides ongoing operational leadership to support a multi-function Transport department. Coordinates Transporter activity according to service needs and budget. Creates and manages staff schedules. Coordinates training and orientation programs for staff and volunteers. Interviews, evaluates and disciplines staff as necessary. Provides input to design and implements performance improvement activities and cost efficiencies in the department. Develops and drives compliance with standard operating procedures. Performs miscellaneous duties as assigned.
