The Senior Physician Recruiter acts as a strategic business partner under the direction of the Department Director for Coordinating daily recruitment operations and workflow monitoring such as performance management, scheduling, recruitment and sourcing strategies, systems, and processes that result in the attraction and selection of the best talent. Participates in the hiring and orientation process for recruitment staff. Responsible for providing personnel management, on-going guidance, education, and training to ensure standardization, consistency and operational efficiency within the department. Furthermore, the Senior Physician Recruiter will collaborate with the department to improve recruitment, selection, candidate management and hiring in a manner that enhances and elevates the candidate experience while maintaining the integrity of the recruitment and onboarding process.
Education: Bachelors degree required or equivalent combination of education, training and experience to validate commiserate skill set (minimum of seven 7 years total) in a professional business setting.
Experience: Minimum five (5) years recruitment, HR generalist or strong human resource related experience in a health care setting. Physician or Advanced Practice Provider recruitment experience preferred.

Other: Must have excellent interpersonal and written skills, positive attitude, be flexible, creative, and innovative and be able to promote and sell LH to potential candidates. Some travel required. Ability to read, analyze, and interpret recruitment data, business periodicals, LH policies and procedures, or governmental regulations. Must have ability to effectively negotiate, communicate and present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public. Knowledge of federal and state employment laws. Experience and proficient use of Microsoft Office programs (i.e., Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook and Internet).
