Lee Health is seeking a Senior Change Management Analyst to drive the success of our digital transformation initiativesincluding Epic enhancements, AI technology rollouts, ERP implementations, and enterprise-wide modernization efforts. This role ensures that innovation is matched by adoption, enabling our clinical, revenue cycle, and corporate teams to fully embrace new technologies that advance patient care and operational excellence.
This position will have a hybrid schedule.
Lead organizational change strategies across large-scale Information Systems initiatives with enterprise-wide impact.
Partner with the IS Project Management Office (PMO), Marketing, and system leaders to assess readiness, anticipate workforce impacts, and design adoption strategies.
Develop and maintain enterprise frameworks, toolkits, and playbooks that embed consistent and effective change management practices.
Serve as a trusted advisor on digital transformation, adoption strategy, and workforce readinessbridging the gap between technology and people.
Mentor project managers, analysts, and operational leaders in structured change management methods to enhance communication, engagement, and adoption.
Support multiple concurrent initiatives ensuring alignment, sustainability, and measurable success.
Proven success leading technology adoption or change management in healthcare or similarly complex environments.
Expertise in organizational change management frameworks (e.g., Prosci ADKAR, Kotter, or similar).
Exceptional collaboration, communication, and coaching skills with the ability to influence at all levels.
Strategic mindset with the ability to balance long-term vision and hands-on execution.

RequirementsEducation: Bachelors degree in business, IT, education, or healthcare administration required.
Experience: Minimum of 5 years experience in organizational change management, with significant experience in healthcare IS. Proven track record leading large-scale technology adoption initiatives. Strong executive presence and ability to influence at senior leadership levels.
Certification: Advanced certification(s) in change management preferred.
