The Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) Senior Analyst will maintain the integrity and reliability of the organizations HRIS, ensuring applications meet the needs, requirements, and objectives of the Human Resources department and Lee Health.
The HRIS Senior Analyst will work closely with the HRIS Manager and the Information Systems Infor team on enhancements and resolving system issues. This position requires strong project management experience, thorough communication skills, and the ability to work independently as well as within a team, when needed.
HRIS Senior Analysts will typically support specific areas within Human Resources, such as Talent Acquisition/Recruitment, Compensation, and others as directed by the HRIS Manager. They will provide support in the discovery, planning, implementation, and support for various modules within the Infor system.
Education: Bachelors degree in information technology, HR Management, Business Administration, or related field required.
Experience: Minimum of 5 years HR or IT experience in an exempt role. Experience in Infor Talent modules preferred. Strong project management skills and experience. Experience with Microsoft 365 Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
