Serve as a trusted advisor, guiding the organization on ServiceNow best practices to ensure scalable, value-driven solutions.
Design, develop, and implement new features, modules, and integrations to support evolving business needs.
Configure and maintain connections with third-party systems using REST, SOAP, and MID Server integrations.
Lead system upgrades, patches, and performance monitoring to maintain optimal stability and uptime.
Deliver proof-of-concept demonstrations and collaborate with stakeholders to showcase platform capabilities.
Stay ahead of emerging ServiceNow features and recommend innovations that drive business value.
Mentor and support team members, fostering knowledge sharing and technical excellence.
Education:
Bachelors degree preferred; 10+ years of relevant experience may substitute for degree.
Experience:
Minimum 8 years of ServiceNow administration experience.
Proven expertise in scripting, Business Rules, and custom development within ServiceNow.
Hands-on experience with:
IT Service Management (ITSM): Asset, Incident, Change, Problem
Service Portfolio Management (ITBM): Demand, Resource, Project & Portfolio
IT Operations Management (ITOM): Discovery, Service Mapping
Core Platform: Service Portal, Service Catalog, CMDB, CSDM, Data Fabric
Certifications:
ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) Required
ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) Preferred
