Lee Physician Group is seeking an experienced RN to join their Rheumatology Office located at the Bonita Community Health Center in Bonita Springs in the role of Clinical Team Lead. The Clinical Team Lead is the "go to" person in the office and will help lead clinical quality and patient safety.
Sign On Bonus: $5,000 with 2 year work commitment

Responsible for providing, overseeing, and coordinating nursing care for patients within a complex department or highly procedural area; based on established clinical nursing practice standards subscribed to by American Nursing Association and in accordance with the Florida Nurse Practice Act and other regulatory standards.
