Lee Physician Group is seeking an experienced RN to join their Family Medicine office in North Fort Myers. This position is for a full time RN Clinical Team Lead. This RN must have 3 years of RN experience.

Responsible for providing, overseeing, and coordinating nursing care for patients within a complex department or highly procedural area; based on established clinical nursing practice standards subscribed to by American Nursing Association and in accordance with the Florida Nurse Practice Act and other regulatory standards. Responsible for the safe delivery and documentation of patient care, through the nursing process of assessment, diagnosing, planning, implementation, and evaluation. Exhibits critical thinking and problem solving while serving as clinician, teacher, researcher, team leader and professional development.
