Summary

The Resilience Support Coordinator provides leadership in developing, implementing, assessing, and growing resiliency support efforts at all levels of acute care, outpatient care and corporate Lee Health staff in order mitigate negative effects of chronic stress and anxiety.

Educational Requirements

Additional Requirements

Bachelors Degree in pastoral care, education, counseling, social work, or relevant education and experience in related fields.


Experience Requirements

Pastoral care, MSW or other counseling related experience preferred.

Strong interpersonal and customer service skills Excellent organizational skills Possess demonstrable knowledge of the principles of resilience and peer support Experience with workforce resilience including burnout, compassion fatigue, decreased morale, vicarious trauma. Design and implement an assets assessment to identify appropriate departments and community resources to engage in advancing the program. Design and implement a needs assessment that will identify areas of need that will shape resiliency interventions and training. Develop and provide training applicable to multiple levels and settings on topics related to the needs of resiliency and peer support and trauma informed care. Ability to use multiple learning/training concepts and principles for adult learning. Planning, attending and coordinating meetings and related special events Requires high level of independence, initiative and accountability Exercises independent judgment to adopt or modify methods and standards to meet responsibilities Ability to handle multiple priorities, meeting deadlines, and effective time management Possess qualities and skills to be a proactive, positive team player, maintaining a positive working relationship with Lee Health Staff Knowledge of MS Windows, MS Office, and Internet Explorer Excellent written and verbal communication skills Requires schedule flexibility, will include evening and weekend hours. Perform other duties as assigned.
