Minimum to Midpoint Pay Rate:$30.27 - $40.86 / hour
Deliver high-quality, evidence-based care to a diverse med-surg population, using advanced clinical judgment and experience
Lead by example in fast-paced environmentsprioritizing, delegating, and adapting to complex patient needs with confidence
Collaborate with a skilled interdisciplinary team to coordinate efficient, patient-centered care from admission to discharge
Mentor newer staff and contribute to a supportive, knowledge-sharing team culture
Drive positive outcomes through patient education, early intervention, and proactive discharge planning
Engage in unit-based quality improvement initiatives and help shape best practices
Maintain sharp clinical documentation while ensuring safety and compliance with all regulatory standards

Education Requirements:Graduate of an accredited school of professional nursing required; Associates or Bachelors preferred.

Certification Requirements: Proof of American Heart Association Healthcare Provider Basic Life Support (BLS), current for a minimum of 90 days after hire date. Certification requirements may vary by department. Please reference the Nursing Addendums for department specific requirements.
License Requirements: Currently licensed in the State of Florida.
