Key Responsibilities:
Use the full nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care
Collaborate with physicians and the care team to ensure smooth, effective treatment plans
Prioritize patient needs using strong clinical judgment and time management
Document care per ANA, Florida Nurse Practice Act, and hospital standards
Support quality initiatives, patient safety, and team-based care
Provide age- and culturally appropriate care with professionalism and empathy

RequirementsEducation Requirements:Graduate of an accredited school of professional nursing required; Associates or Bachelors preferred.

Certification Requirements: Proof of American Heart Association Healthcare Provider Basic Life Support (BLS), current for a minimum of 90 days after hire date. Certification requirements may vary by department. Please reference the Nursing Addendums for department specific requirements.
License Requirements: Currently licensed in the State of Florida.
Other Requirements: Communication and interpersonal skills, basic computer skills, and customer service skills required.
