What Youll Do
As a Recruiter at Lee Health, youll partner closely with department leaders and HR colleagues to attract, engage, and hire top talent across a variety of clinical and non-clinical areas. Youll coordinate the full recruitment processfrom sourcing and pre-screening to interviewing and onboardingensuring every candidate has a positive experience and every hiring manager has the support they need.

Education:
Associate degree required. (Bachelors degree preferred).
Experience:
Minimum one-year related experience in Recruitment, HR generalist or human resource related experience with experience in a healthcare setting preferred.

Must have excellent interpersonal skills, a positive attitude, be flexible, creative, and innovative and be able to promote and sell Lee Health to potential candidates. Some travel required. Ability to read, analyze, and interpret recruitment data, business periodicals, procedures, or governmental regulations. Must have the ability to effectively negotiate, communicate, and present information and respond to questions from clients (hiring managers, candidates, key executive stakeholders). Knowledge of federal and state employment laws. Experience and proficient use of Microsoft Office programs (i.e., Word, Excel PowerPoint, Internet).
