Minimum to Midpoint Pay Rate:$26.15 - $35.30 / hour
Nursing policies, practice and programs to enhance quality customer services in Skilled Nursing. Works as a subject matter expert in gathering necessary policy and data in support of system-wide and/or regulatory changes. Assists in maintaining a state-of-readiness for regulatory bodies, including but not limited to mock surveys, audit completion and unit rounding. Tracks and creates scorecards for the above mentioned programs. Extracting reports and tailoring to skilled nursing from Learning Management, EPIC, public reporting sites, and other sites. Works closely with team on information systems enhancement projects, such as SharePoint, Cipher Rounding. Collects, coordinates and records data regarding new and established employees and vendors. The Quality Improvement Resource Analyst also works closely with the Skilled Nursing Sr. Administrator to assist and coordinate other projects, including strategic planning, operations, information systems enhancements/requests, EPIC access requests, infection prevention and education initiatives.
