Minimum to Midpoint Pay Rate:$21.01 - $24.69 / hour

Summary

Supports a broad range of onboarding and credentialing projects and responsibilities as it relates to Physicians, Advanced Practice Providers and other Licensed Professionals that are new to a role or position within the Lee Health organization. Builds collaborative relationships and partnerships with all levels of the organization, including but not limited to Provider Relations, Medical Staff Credentialing, Payor Credentialing, Practice Leaders, and Information Technology. Supports and coordinates credentialing activities to facilitate the smooth transition of professional Allied Health applicants to credentialed Medical Staff partners. Develops onboarding schedules that encompass pre-boarding and other training as required to ensure a successful and smooth start while maintaining compliance and mitigating risk to the organization. Development, delivery and evaluation of onboarding related projects and programs. Acts as a subject matter expert for internal and external stakeholders for all facets of the professional new hire experience. Provides interdepartmental support for daily operations.

Requirements

Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required. 1 year of business school or equivalent preferred.

Experience: Minimum of 3 years Clerical/Administrative experience required. Additional advanced education may supplement for years of experience. Minimum of 1 year of experience in healthcare, onboarding, HR, education or recruitment.

Other: Excellent interpersonal/people skills; customer service skills, strong communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to multi-task, organize and prioritize work. Ability to adapt to changes in situations, direction, or people. Attention to detail and ability to stay focused when under pressure. Work effectively and collaboratively as team a member. Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office.
