The Project Equipment Coordinator is responsible for the coordination and planning of allreceiving and installation of System-furnished equipment programmed by Facilities Managementfor Construction and Capital projects.
-System-furnished equipment includes: clinical, medical, and non-medical equipment; furniture;and signage.
-The Project Equipment Coordinator reports directly to the Director of Project Management. TheCoordinator works closely with Vendor/Manufacturer Representatives, and LMHS Department Directors/Managers
-The Project Equipment Coordinator is responsible for final receiving and asset tagging of allSystem-furnished equipment for Construction and Capital projects.
-The Project Equipment Coordinator is responsible for scheduling delivery, short term storage,installation, assembly, and set-up of all System-furnished equipment for Construction and Capitalprojects.
-The Project Equipment Coordinator is the central information source for all System-furnishedequipment for Construction and Capital projects.
-The Project Equipment Coordinator is responsible for all other duties as assigned by the FacilitiesManagement Asset Manager..
