Minimum to Midpoint Pay Rate:$27.57 - $35.84 / hour

Summary

Responsible for the coordination of projects while also providing professional level support to in-house legal counsel and customer service for the department. The Project Coordinator will identify, design, implement, and timely complete projects covering many aspects of Legal Services. This position will also be responsible for coordinating and completing special projects as assigned by in-house legal counsel. Projects will include a full range of programmatic, technical, process improvement and administrative projects. This position works closely with Legal Services/Risk Management team members, fostering positive and professional interpersonal relationships with the team and others in the health system.

The Project Coordinator will develop, manage and maintain numerous tracking and data management systems, and is responsible for proactively identifying and implementing opportunities to ensure timely project completion. The position requires critical thinking skills and the ability to multi-task on several time-sensitive projects, data analysis, and the preparation of confidential reports and communications.

Requires strong computer, research, and organizational skills and the ability to work proactively and effectively with a wide range of clients.

Must have strong ability to gather and organize documents and data and the ability to draft complex documents and communications.

Proficient in MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint). Requires ability to master other software as needed.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills with significant attention to detail. Strong interpersonal skills, confident and capable of effectively interacting with health system clients, outside agencies and counsel, and vendors.

Ability to work independently under minimal supervision, manage multiple deliverables, anticipate needs, respond in timely manner and must be detail oriented.
