Minimum to Midpoint Pay Rate:$18.75 - $18.75 / hour
The Blood Center Telephone Recruiter is responsible for contacting donors by telephone to solicit and arrange blood donations. Informs potential donors of Lee Memorial Blood Center shortages, and provides information regarding the blood centers including locations, hours of operation, and blood mobile schedule. Consults with nursing staff or supervisor as needed to resolve problems or answer questions of potential donors. Maintains and updates donor information necessary to create donor call lists and reminder card lists. Effectively communicates and demonstrates good customer service to internal and external customers.
