Summary

Manages the preventative maintenance and repair of physical plant systems and utilities, assuring optimal operation conditions by coordinating shutdowns, initiating repairs, and recommending improvements. Responds to request for general maintenance and PM trouble calls. Plans, works and performs diversified and involved operations to install, repair, replace and test systems and utilities according to code requirements and manufacturers recommendations. Demonstrates competency as a maintenance mechanic.

Requirements

Education: High school graduate or equivalent required.

Experience: Minimum of 2 years applicable experience.

Certification: EPA 608 Type I Certification required.

License: Must have a Valid Florida Drivers License or obtain within 30 days of hire.
