Summary
Manages the preventative maintenance and repair of physical plant systems and utilities, assuring optimal operation conditions by coordinating shutdowns, initiating repairs, and recommending improvements. Responds to request for general maintenance and PM trouble calls. Plans, works and performs diversified and involved operations to install, repair, replace and test systems and utilities according to code requirements and manufacturers recommendations. Demonstrates competency as a Building maintenance mechanic, master Plumber, Master Electrician, Master HVAC, or Energy Plant Operator.
