Healthpark Medical Center Women's Care Center is seeking a Patient Care Liaison to work part-time. Seeking candidates with smiling faces who have excellent clerical and customer service skills. Medical office or hospital experience is a plus! Must have good computer skills, phone etiquette and ability to multitask in a fast paced environment.
Serves as a liaison between the patient, family, hospital staff and physicians to ensure a favorable patient experience and efficient coordination of unit flow. Responsible for a variety of clerical and non-clerical duties that support the overall operations of the nursing unit as well as the optimal delivery of care within the health system. Routinely engaged in identifying, elevating and providing alternative solutions to challenges to appropriate personnel. Provides timely information to decision-making personnel.
