Minimum to Midpoint Pay Rate:$15.64 - $18.75 / hour
This position is looking for smiling faces with excellent customer service and clerical skills to work in a support role on the Progressive Care Unit - Critical Care at Gulf Coast Medical Center.
Must be flexible to work (3) days per week, variable days to include every other weekend and holiday. It is self-scheduling and teamed holidays per unit (A,B, or C) This is determined upon hire.
Any restrictions due to school schedules will need to be discussed at time of HR interview.
Serves as a liaison between the patient, family, hospital staff and physicians to ensure a favorable patient experience and efficient coordination of unit flow. Responsible for a variety of clerical and non-clerical duties that support the overall operations of the nursing unit as well as the optimal delivery of care within the health system. Routinely engaged in identifying, elevating and providing alternative solutions to challenges to appropriate personnel. Provides timely information to decision-making personnel.
