In this role, youll coordinate surgical procedures for our urology oncology patients, ensuring accuracy, compassion, and efficiency every step of the way. Youll work closely with our surgeons, nurses, and multidisciplinary care team to support patients through their surgical journey.

🎓 High School Diploma or Equivalent Required
💼 Experience:
Minimum 1 year in Healthcare Required
Scheduling experience Preferred
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Compassion and professionalism when working with oncology patients
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, team-centered environment

Clerical position, responsible for effective scheduling, coding, verifying insurance and/or obtaining necessary pre-certification/authorization for surgical procedures, utilizing computer scheduling software in accordance with departmental policies and procedures. Interacts with physicians, patients, families and department staff to meet identified needs.
