We are seeking a Regulatory Compliance Specialist to serve as a key partner in promoting a culture of continuous readiness and regulatory excellence across our outpatient sites and/or acute care facilities.

In this dynamic role, youll work closely with facility leadership, dyads, and directors to ensure compliance with NIAHO standards, ISO clauses, and CMS regulations. Youll act as a trusted consultant, offering guidance on regulatory expectations and aligning quality efforts with facility goals.


What Youll Do:

  • Lead ongoing regulatory compliance initiatives at the assigned facility or locations
  • Serve as a content expert on NIAHO and ISO standards; demonstrate working knowledge of CMS and other regulatory bodies
  • Partner with administration and departmental leaders to identify and address compliance needs
  • Support continuous survey readiness and quality improvement efforts
  • Assist in the interpretation and application of regulatory standards across departments
  • Facilitate internal readiness assessments, mock surveys, and action planning
  • Collaborate with teams to implement evidence-based practices and ensure alignment with organizational objectives

Qualifications:

Education:
Graduate of an accredited health-related program required
Bachelors degree (BS or BA) preferred

Experience:
Minimum of 5 years of clinical nursing experience required
Other licensed healthcare professionals with an associate degree or higher and at least 3 years of clinical experience may be considered
Experience with project management, regulatory compliance, and quality improvement preferred

Licensure:
Must hold current licensure in the State of Florida

Skills & Other Requirements:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent organizational and analytical abilities
Proficient in computer systems and basic reporting tools
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
