Minimum to Midpoint Pay Rate:$30.39 - $39.50 / hour

What you will do:

• Perform all MRI procedures while operating scanner and injector systems to produce diagnostic-quality MR image
• Maintain a deep working knowledge of MRI equipment, software, and troubleshooting
• Apply anatomy, pathology, and physiology knowledge to support imaging accuracy
• Ensure patient safety, comfort, and procedural efficiency
• Engage in performance improvement, staff training, and student mentoring
• Perform venipuncture for applicable MRI exams
• May transport non-narcotic medications as directed

  Degree/Diploma Obtained	Program of Study	Required/ Preferred	and/or

• Additional Requirements

  Graduation of JRCERT Accredited or ARRT approved Radiography or MRI degree program.

  State of Florida Licensure Requirements

  Florida Radiologic Technologist License for radiology techs only. MRI degree for non-radiology techs.
