Golisano Children's Hospital of Southwest Florida is seeking an experienced Medical Social Worker (MSW) for the Pediatric Emergency Department.
Hospital experience (minimum of one year) but strongly prefers 2 (or more) years of post Master's degree work experience needed. Must be able to work independently with limited support and cover the ED and Children's Hospital units overnight.
The position is full-time, 7pm - 7:30am, with an 8 hour shift included for a total of 80 hours bi-weekly.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Education: Minimum Masters Degree in Social Work or Counseling.
Experience: Prefers at least 1 year or more social work experience in medical or healthcare setting. Pediatric experience strongly preferred.

Other: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, basic computer, analytical, grammar and spelling skills. Ability to effectively multi-task responsibilities.
