The Strategic Marketing Manager is responsible for planning and executing the overall strategic marketing plan for Lee Health.This position provides marketing support and guidance for the strategic plans of Golisano Childrens Hospital and the Lee Physician Group.
This role reports to the System Director of Marketing and Brand Management and collaborates closely with Lee Healths senior leadership and other executives to support and achieve the organizations goals through comprehensive strategic marketing plans and tactics.
Education: Bachelors degree required. Masters preferred.
Experience:Minimum of 5 years of leadership experience, with progressive management responsibility, preferably in a corporate communications or a public relations agency environment.

Other: Demonstrated ability to build relationships, work effectively across all levels of the health system, and interact confidently with senior management and other stakeholders. Demonstrated ability to think creatively and strategically, with the ability to turn plans and concepts into actionable programs. Demonstrated experience managing multiple projects simultaneously, with a high attention to detail and under tight deadlines. Ability to perform at a high professional level with a degree of independence. Can communicate clearly and persuasively both orally and in writing.
