Minimum to Midpoint Pay Rate:$27.78 - $37.50 / hour
Coordinates and directs daily operations for assigned areas and functions. Under the supervision of Lee Health EVS/Patient Transport System Director, is responsible for executing services that meet service and quality standards, are compliant with regulations, and coordinated with other areas as needed. Uses organization finance systems to request and account for staff, revenue, and supplies appropriately. Supervises and coordinates activities of assigned staff; completes performance management functions; follows established policies and procedures; manages the organization's resources effectively, including supplies and oversight of labor hours; initiates partnerships with other departments and areas to address service needs. Demonstrates professional leadership and role models the values of the organization. Develops and implements Lee Health EVS, Linen and Patient Transport employee onboarding and training programs to ensure that staff are engaged in a proper department and system orientation, trained, and aligned to complete high-quality work. Completes, documents, and creates summary reports and follow-up. Tracks compliance with all Training requirements within Employee Files. Leads a training team which facilitates all initial training along with ongoing remedial programs for all Three (3) Service Lines across the entire Lee Health enterprise.
