What Youll Do:

🎗 Lead & Develop Staff Oversee scheduling, supervision, training, and professional development of the Cancer Support Community team.
🤝 Coordinate Patient Care Plans Determine appropriate levels of care, resources, and support to meet patient needs effectively.
🔄 Enhance Workflow & Operations Streamline processes to ensure efficient, high-quality care delivery.
💡 Problem-Solve with Sound Judgment Address challenges with strategic thinking, collaboration, and solution-driven leadership.

What Were Looking For:

Leadership & Management Experience Proven ability to supervise, train, and develop healthcare professionals.
Strong Decision-Making & Problem-Solving Skills Ability to evaluate patient needs and operational challenges objectively.
Background in Social Work, Oncology, or Community Health Experience in a healthcare, counseling, or patient advocacy role is a plus!
Passion for Cancer Support & Community Outreach A deep commitment to empowering patients and families.

Education: Masters degree in social work required.

Experience: Minimum of 5 years social work experience in a medical or healthcare setting.

Certification: N/A

License: Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) required.
