Job Summary

As a Lead Housekeeper, you will:

• Direct the daily activities of housekeepers in your assigned area.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure a safe and welcoming environment.
• Step in as a working housekeeper when needed to support the team.
• Serve as acting supervisor in their absence.
• Provide training, guidance, and support to Environmental Services staff.

Your leadership helps ensure every corner of our facility reflects the care and excellence that define Lee Health.

• Previous experience in Environmental Services/Housekeeping, preferably in a healthcare setting.
