Minimum to Midpoint Pay Rate:$25.06 - $32.58 / hour

What You Will Do:

As a Lead Coding Specialist - ProFee ED, you will do more than just review charts - you will serve as a trusted resource, educator, and coding expert. Your work will directly impact accuracy, compliance, and the growth of our coders.

• Conduct regular audits to ensure accurate ICD-10-CM, CPT, and HCPCS
• Share audit findings and guide coders in a supportive, educational way
• Provide timely feedback to leadership and coders for continuous improvement
• Offer production coding support when needed
• Mentor new team members and assist with onboarding
• Partner with physicians on complex or questionable cases
• Utilize Epic and Solventums Coding & Reimbursement system
• Stay current with the latest coding guidelines and payer regulations

What We are Looking For:

• Deep knowledge of ICD-10-CM, CPT, HCPCS, and modifiers
• Experience with Emergency (ED) Coding
• Experience with Epic and Solventum encoder tools preferred
• A passion for accuracy, education, and teamwork
• Previous auditing or quality assurance experience is a plus
