Lee Health is seeking an experienced IS Senior Project Manager to lead the planning, organization, and execution of complex, cross-functional technology initiatives that support our mission of delivering exceptional care to our community. This high-impact role oversees large-scale IT projectsincluding EMR implementations, ERP deployments, and technology enablement for new facilitiesensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with organizational objectives.
The IS Senior Project Manager develops and maintains fully integrated project plans that span technical, operational, and communication components. This position also identifies opportunities for process improvement, standardization, and optimization across systems, workflows, and project methodologies.
Operating as a critical liaison between technical teams and operational stakeholders, this leader ensures clear communication, robust project governance, and consistent delivery excellence across all phases of the project lifecycle.
Additionally, the IS Senior Project Manager plays an important role in supporting key functions of the IS Project Management Office, including:
IS project management software applications
Project management policies and procedures
Project portfolio management
IT Governance
This position will manage medium to large-scale technology initiatives, mentor new project managers, and foster effective, collaborative relationships with IS leadership, IS staff, and operational leaders across Lee Health.
Lead the full lifecycle of cross-functional IT projects with systemwide impact.
Develop comprehensive project plans integrating technical, business, and communication requirements.
Drive process improvements, standardization opportunities, and system optimization efforts.
Serve as the key liaison between operational stakeholders and technical teams.
Support and enhance PMO methodologies, tools, and governance processes.
Manage medium-to-large technology implementations, upgrades, and enterprise initiatives.
Mentor and support new project managers within the IS PMO.
Ensure projects are delivered on schedule and within scope, quality, and budget targets.
Build and maintain strong relationships with leaders and teams across the organization.
Bachelors degree required
OR
Five (5) years of increasingly responsible experience in lieu of degree
Minimum 7 years of IT Project Management experience required
PMP (Project Management Professional) certification required
