Summary
The Integration Analyst/Developer Robotic Process Automation (RPA) is responsible for supporting the design, development, deployment and maintenance of automated workflows that streamline repetitive tasks across clinical, business, and financial operations. This role will help bring automation capabilities in-house and work closely with the IS and operational teams to identify and implement RPA solutions.
Responsibilities
- Develop, test, and maintain RPA workflows using approved automation platforms.
- Document automation processes, including business logic, exception handling, and dependencies.
- Collaborate with analysts and subject matter experts to ensure automation aligns with workflow requirements and business goals.
- Monitor and troubleshoot deployed bots to ensure consistent performance and reliability.
- Participate in training and skill development to build proficiency in RPA tools and best practices.
- Ensure all automation solutions comply with organizational standards, data governance, and security policies.
- Support change management and user adoption efforts for new automation initiatives.
Experience
Required:
- 3-4 years of experience in IT, application support, or process improvement.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Willingness to learn RPA development tools and automation methodologies.
Preferred:
- Exposure to RPA platforms such as UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or Power Automate.
- Familiarity with scripting or programming languages (e.g., Python, JavaScript)
