Minimum to Midpoint Pay Rate:$15.64 - $18.75 / hour
Responsible for sorting, preparing and accurately scanning and indexing all received correspondence and check batches for posting. Send medical record requests to CIOX daily and also pull the records from the CIOX portal. Pull physician records from Epic within the patients chart and send that information to the insurance company via portal or fax. Must possess excellent communication skills, highly detail oriented and have the ability to appropriately handle stress and complexity. A positive attitude and friendly personality required. Must promote positive employee and customer relations and have the ability to work both independently or within a positive team environment. High School graduate or equivalent (GED) required, minimum 1-2 years medical/financial healthcare or business office experience, must have computer experience and the ability to type 15 words per minute, working knowledge of Microsoft Excel desired.
